What pipe diameters can an SKR PVC pipe line produce?
Five standard PVC pipe lines cover 16 mm to 630 mm: SJZ51 (16–75 mm), SJZ55 (40–110 mm), SJZ65 (50–160 mm), SJZ80 (110–315 mm) and SJZ92 (250–630 mm).
What output capacity do SKR extrusion lines have?
Listed maximum capacity of the PVC pipe lines ranges from 120 kg/h (SJZ51) to 650 kg/h (SJZ92). The WPC lines range from 120 kg/h to 650 kg/h. Specifications are subject to change; confirm with the export team for your product.
Can one SKR pipe line process materials other than PVC?
Yes. By exchanging the extruder and adding special devices, the line can produce PP, PE, ABS, PPR and silicon-core pipes, as well as inner-spiral, hollow-wall and foam-core pipes.
