Wood-plastic composite
PVC/PE WPC extrusion line
A specially designed barrel and screw for wood-plastic products. The extruder can run stand-alone, extrude two mixed materials directly, or re-extrude after granulation — saving power and space with stable extrusion pressure and good plasticizing.

Choosing a line
Which SKR PVC pipe line do I need for 110 mm pipe?
110 mm falls in the range of the SJZ55 line (40–110 mm). 110 mm is also the lower end of the SJZ80 line (110–315 mm).
What does an SKR PVC pipe line include?
A conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum sizing tank, haul-off, cutting machine and stacker. The haul-off can have 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 claws, and the cutter can be planetary or annular.
What can the SKR-700 laminating machine coat?
Wall panels, profiles, aluminium-plastic profiles and similar parts, covered with PVC film, melamine paper, artificial wood veneer or wood veneer, using oily cold glue or PUR hot glue.
